Where is coconut grown?

Coconut oil extraction process

1. Harvesting coconuts:Coconuts are harvested once they are mature, usually after 12 months.
2. Pulp extraction:The outer shell is removed, and the white pulp is extracted, dried and crushed.
3. Cold pressed:The pulp is cold pressed to extract the virgin oil, preserving its nutrients and characteristic flavor.
4. Filtering and refining (Optional):The oil is filtered to remove impurities. Depending on the variant, it can be refined or deodorized to obtain a more neutral oil.
