Organic copoazú butter is obtained by first cold pressing the seeds of Theobroma grandiflorum and later refined. By means of this process we manage to eliminate those unwanted organoleptic properties. Oleic and stearic acids soften and hydrate, while polyphenols act as natural antioxidants and neutralize the loss of free radicals. The refined copoazú butter is a 100% natural product, from organic farming.
