HYDROGLYCERIN EXTRACT OF HORSETAIL

Description

The hydroglycerinated extract of horsetail is obtained by macerating the stems of Equisetum arvense in water and glycerin.

It is a shrub belonging to the equisetaceae family. It is generally found in Europe, therefore, it is quite common in the Spanish coastal areas.

Regarding its composition, the trace elements stand out, such as silicon and salts rich in potassium, magnesium and aluminium, the saponosides, the main one being equisetonin, and, finally, the flavonoids and tannins.
